18.01.2022 It's stormy and raining at my place this morning and it's 9.30am...it's soooo tempting to crawl back into bed but instead I'm diffusing 'sunny day' to get me going.... #householdchores

18.01.2022 If you are looking for a HEALTH JUICE that: *is full of vitamins and minerals *is high in antioxidants *does not have any fillers (most health drinks have apple or pear juice to 'fill' them)... *and most importantly.... tastes GREAT then we have the juice for you! Ningxia Red.... I drink 30 - 60 ml of Ningxia Red each day and have found that i have more energy and I stay well. My kids love the taste and i am super happy that they are getting great nutrition every day to supplement their diet. 17.01.2022 What have we been up to? Spreading the word on how to kick chemicals to the curb! Before i was involved in Young Living, i didn't have any comprehension on just how many chemicals we are exposed to each day.... and in products you wouldn't expect! Shampoo, toothpaste, perfume, make up. Now I have swapped out my supermarket products for Young Living chemical free products. If you would like to do the same, PM us :)

11.01.2022 So I've finally found exercise that I love. ..Zumba! Tonight I headed off to another class after having a nana nap then a ningxia red to get me going (needed that after a day at work) ... This time though I had an extra secret weapon..... I had heard that RC is great under the feet and I put a drop of peppermint on my thumb and pressed it to the roof of my mouth. I have to tell you. ...I feel like I had more stamina... Next time I'll add En-R-Gee...look out!!
