24.01.2022 Oil of the week is FRANKINCENSE !! A beautiful holy oil from the Middle East , one of my favourites for sure! Love to use it on my face , usually mixed in with my face cream. It has removed lots of skin tags and aging spots for me! Also for any other skin issues. It’s a wonderful mood adjuster, very calming and goes well with lots of other oils in the diffuser . It’s high in sesquiterpenes so will go beyond the blood - brain barrier.

19.01.2022 Young Living has an amazing collection of culinary oils . This week I’ve been adding oils to my meals to give them a boost. When adding oregano to my vege soup I used a toothpick dipped in the oil and swirl it in the soup as its very strong. Just one drop of parsley! Love cardamon in my Icecream , a blend of frozen banana , blueberries and mango .
