14.01.2022 How is remedial massage ever going to help you? It probably isnt... right? Getting your first massage can be quite an intimidating process for some people.. ... This is understandable. When youre injured or in chronic pain, you feel vulnerable, exhausted, irritable and fed up. Then, youre expected to either put up with this pain or place a lot of trust into the hands of someone that you may not know all that well, and ask them to alleviate this pain... At this point, youre probably doubting that theyll even be able to do anything for you... Afterall, how is this massage going to be any different from the last one that didnt help all that much? Over the past year - here at the Studio - time and time again people have left the treatment room after receiving an injury management plan designed by Joe, feeling more mobile, less pain, happier, healthier and ready to get back on with their lives or hit the gym floor even harder than before. The generous people below have taken the time to write to us explaining what remedial massage has helped them to achieve and it just goes to show, by placing a little bit of trust into the hands of the right therapist, you can go a long way... 04.01.2022 CLIENT NEWS: Congratulations to Mr J. Meagher who has been training hard and receiving regular treatments over the past few months in preparation for last Sundays Melbourne Ironman. He managed to fly through it in an incredible 10hrs 2mins and reached a top speed on the bike of 74kph!!... A fantastic achievement! STUDIO NEWS: The interior wall has now been removed, giving us heaps more floor space in the studio. Classes and training sessions will resume again next week once the expansion has been fully completed. Stay tuned, see you at the Studio.
