23.01.2022 It's been a while since I posted here. I had a week long sit in Paddinton with two incredibly shy kitties. I think given more time they would have possibly come out of the shells. Now I am between sits and helping a friend out who runs an alpaca farm just outside Sydney. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the alpacas and getting my hands dirty on the farm. My next house sit starts next weekend back in Bondi with a sweet little dog I minded last year a couple of times.... I'll leave a couple of photos of some of the animals here on the farm.

21.01.2022 The beginning of five weeks with this heartbreaker. Smokey is a gentle cat who sits looking at his bowl when he wants more to eat.

19.01.2022 I received a welcome pack from a home owner today and I am so excited to house sit for this gorgeous little 2 year old puppy in SEATTLE in April. My first international house sit and what a cutie pie. She's deaf and I will need to learn her signals to be able to communicate with her. I'll keep you posted when I am over there. I still have a few sits before then. I'm in one at the moment in Paddington, the two cats I am sitting are incredibly shy and spend most of their days h...iding in one of the bedrooms, and I am missing my kitty cuddles. After this one I have a little break and then I go back to one of my regulars in Bondi. I still have some gaps this year, so if you need a house sitter, or know anyone who might, please put them in touch. Elke

14.01.2022 I'm minding two new kitties for three weeks. They are mum and daughter, mum likes to be near where I am, but last night I couldn't find her anywhere. Normally when I call her she'll meow but all I got last night was silence. I need to remind myself to look in empty work boxes if she disappears again.

12.01.2022 I've had a lovely three weeks with Ginger and Luna; they are two funny cats. Ginger really didn't like me invading his space when I first arrived and would hiss at me if I even looked at him. Luna was my friend right from the start. Both cats are somwhat distrustful as they had a rough time at the beginning until my home owners adopted them. They are brother and sister and sometimes fight like siblings. I love them though and will miss them. Tomorrow I'm heading back to North Bondi just around the corner from my favourite pussy cat Max, maybe he'll come to visit.

10.01.2022 I'm getting ready to leave another awesome housesit. This one was with Fin and Sortcha, two beautiful and fabulous natured pups and Mistique the cuddliest kitty I've ever met. I'm going to miss them, but have been invited back so that's good news.

10.01.2022 I'm in the middle of a gap between housesits and two of my homeowners sent me photos of their fluffballs this week, just to say hi. I'm so lucky to have such wonderful people trust me with the care of their fur babies. Below we have Micha and Smokey.

05.01.2022 Already loving my new "home" with these three groovers. Some of the coolest dogs I've had the pleasure to mind. Flame, Trotsky and Chegall. I'm already in love after one day.
