14.01.2022 Mmmm mmm! Mediterranean vegetable risotto. It was a "goes-in-it" meal (my favourite type), where whatever is in the fridge literally goes in it! The best part was because we made our own stock, there was absolutely no nasty additives!

13.01.2022 Tonight's special recipe is an adults only treat - YIAH Irish Cream! It's addictive, adaptable and you can use any flavour you like. I'm trying to convince myself that the alcohol in the whiskey or bourbon will kill the calories in the cream and condensed milk.... This recipe was inspired by my beautiful up line, Sue Walsh, after she created a chocolate liqueur.... #YIAH #Irishcream #byebyediet

11.01.2022 Breakfast literally took five minutes to cook this morning! And it was delicious and healthy! Simply heat a small frypan with a small spray of oil. Lightly beat two eggs with a dash of milk (about a tablespoon), and add a teaspoon of your favourite YIAH flavour. Pour egg mix into the pan and cook on medium heat until just set. Sprinkle or grate a thin layer of cheddar cheese on top and heat until melted.... Flip out onto a round wrap, and roll. Voila! I even did the dishes while the eggs were cooking. Have a lovely Sunday :)
10.01.2022 We love how creative you can be with #YIAH Whilst camping earlier in the week, we drizzled YIAH Garlic EVO over halved capsicums, grilled them flesh side first, then flipped them, sprinkled them with YIAH Guacamole Dip Mix, cracked an egg into them, sprinkled with more Guacamole Dip Mix, and roasted until the eggs were cooked (MC also had shredded bacon with his). We also drizzled YIAH Garlic EVO on fresh bread and grilled to make garlic toast. Yum yum! #delish #campcooking #beinspired

I will send you the shopping list the week before the workshop so you can purchase the base ingredients; and you will go home with eight freezer meals (to feed a family of four). Payments will need to be in prior to ordering (by the ...end of this month!) to secure your place, and to ensure your Freezer Meal pack arrives in time.
