I learned a lot from www.logikhaus.com.au; Harley Truong kindly summarised variances in the below study for their double glazed alu-clad 68mm timber windows. Depending on the design you might be up for 2.5 times the price. Next time your clients want to downgrading quality for cost savings, push them instead into considering alternative fenestration layouts.
