07.01.2022 An excerpt from a students recent email that warmed my heart... "Last week I felt very sore after a trip while walking. Normally I would go to the chiropractic clinic near us, and be treated - not available at this time. And I was in so much discomfort that I was forced to resort to my own resources - if I wanted things to change. So I got down on my yoga mat and used whatever I could remember from your classes. As memory is not great these days, the main thing I could remem...ber was your words to 'listen to what your body is telling you'. And slowly step by step, a series of exercises unfolded. The result on the first occasion was so helpful, that over the week, I managed to complete a practice several times. In doing this I had to let go all my ideas that I was not 'getting the exercises right', that the poses were not proper Yoga exercises. I just kept listening to the body, and focusing on my breathing. And it made a remarkable difference to the practice and the progress of healing in the hip. And it was very liberating!! I am trusting my own instincts more. Thank you again."

03.01.2022 I’ve been taking some time to watch the clouds pass by. Literally and metaphorically. I highly recommend it. Just allowing yourself to sit and be with whatever arises. Giving yourself some space to integrate all that’s happening. ... Savouring the gift of your own presence. Your own kind and gentle attention to whatever is here. Letting it be. And watching the clouds as they slowly shift and change form and eventually slide away.
