On a Sunday Morning.. being in an amazing place..looking at dedicated people doing what they want to live their life the way they wanted in this rainy day.. Feeling awesome & I myself, changing my perspective of living a life with design not by accident. Today, I would lik to write something about, " Your opinion is not my reality" Don’t worry if these questions pop up in your head occasionally. They come up for all of us from time to time. The key is to recognize and change your mindset as fast as possible. If it comes to you mind, take a deep breath and find the way how to take control of it and create empowering beliefs that will lead you away from the these limiting beleifs and turn things around . Find the purpose of your life and dedicate yourself to achieve your goals in life. Often people will put their thoughts into yours saying.. you can't do it coz they picture themselves not doing it.. you are not them..It's not against others.. don't let get it to you.. its YOU Vs YOU.. Open the door of wisdom and walk through it. The success is waiting for you.. you just have to keep pushing your limit. Don't just be hopeful- have a faith in you. Do you ever noticed the journey every single successful people have taken ? They live their lives the way they wanted and created their life the way they wanted.. They confronted themselves with obstacles.. So they decide to change the way they think, act and behave. They forced themselved to overcome their biggest enemy, their fear and turn their fear into faith... Whenever, you think about all the craziest challenges you had in your life. Recall, what you have learned from that moment.. you have definately created an amazing stories which you can tell other people.. So, start creating empowering beliefs.. "Don't worry about the failures and hinderance.. worry about the chances you will miss if you don't try.. Give it a go and you will see.. the view is more beautiful than you have ever imagined." 24.01.2022 I always write most of the things about my life experiences, learning, failure, hope, success, dream, hardwork and passion. which may or may not related to some of you. I tried my best to summerize most of my posts that I have written in this four year working in real estate industry on my website. When i started real estate at the age of 33 years.. I felt like its too late. Now after 4 years..looking back I feel great that I did not give up.... Like everybody else, I have seen ups and downs in my life before and after coming to Australia. since, I joined real estate it has been a roller coaster ride for a beginner like me - just having little knowledge about Australia and only been here for 5 years 9 Months. The hardest part of being in real estate for new agents is financial and technical. Learning new skills and getting paid at the same time is almost impossible. 23.01.2022 I AM NOT YOU, YOU ARE NOT ME - We all are different Just Chill In the race of being better than than someone else.. running a RAT RACE.. we forget the most important things in our life... comparing ourselves with someone else and try to become happy not being happy inside.. - Looking at the things does not really matter in our lives.... - Forgetting about the small small things that matters the most in our life.. - Asking for others approval for almost everything to live our life - Trying to find happiness, Being UNHAPPY.. Comparing the population about 7.7 Billion people around the world.. we all are different to one another.. Research of Psychologist says, Physically we might look the same but we all have psycological differences. Trust me, many case studies shows that we all are self centered.. Which is not to suggest that most people are selfish. It’s simply a fact that our personal behavior changes when we think about something in many cases.. trying to find WHAT'S IN FOR ME ??? We all have our norms, values, agenda, beleifs and characteristics. In most situations, we all behave differently which is the result based on our life experience, learning, education and expectations. We always look for what life has offered to us forgetting what we are offering to our lives. Change is inevitable but fon't forget change is AWESOME.. if you find.. what is important in life, finding the reason of your existance - finding why we are doing something why we do everyday..we find something better in ourselves and we always learn everyday to become better than yesterday- trying to shape our lives better than the day before. FIND YOUR WHY, REST WILL FOLLOW. What comes to your mind when you think about doing something New? Is it fear, failure, challenges, uncertainty, risk etc etc or Growth, Opportunity, Learning, Confidence, Satisfraction etc etc Do what you can with what you have.. You don't have to proove yourself.. find your own battle and mind your own business. Don't worry about failures, worry about the chances you miss when you don't even try - Jack Canfield Keep trying.. until you suceed.. 10.01.2022 On the second day of Brand New Year 2021. Sitting here in a beautiful place at Kingston Foreshore.. Dreaming to own a place here for our retirement.. "One Day" ... Thinking.. "What makes me moving Everyday ? In General, People only tend to express their success over failures and Hurdles.. No Offence, But there is no success without a failure.. Success is a combination of many trials, learning from mistakes, many failures and not giving up on what you really wanted to accomplish in your LIFE. Success is, Working on your WHY? Rest will follow Success is, SURVIVING & THRIVING. I heard from successful people if you survive doing what you love for couple of years in any business or any career, you will make it.. But, If you don't know how to play the game of surving and thriving you won't make it in anything. Thats it I strongly beleived, "Opportunity does not knock on your door.. you have to create it.. It was within me but you just need that ONE PUSH . When i realised after failing in 1996, 1999, 2001, 2004, 2006, 2010, 2014, 2018 actually every year- everyday(I Am not going into details today).. when I was back home (Nepal) or abroad (India, Dubai & Now Australia). NO ONE WILL GIVE YOU BEST ADVICE THAN YOURSELF & NO ONE IS GOING TO RESCUE YOU.. Failing for many times and overcoming obstables in my own Life. (which i will definitely reflect in my book " ONE DAY" ) I find myself learning the things which i never known find myself struggling and finding the reason to Suceed. Like everybody else, I have seen ups and downs... my life has been a roller coaster ride I have realised, Play it hard or GO Home. Live life with passion you become happy everyday. The challenges, fear, obstacles, hindrance and barriers will be easier than living a life with regret. Keep it simple.. Take it slow and go the distance. 07.01.2022 What keeps you up at night and what makes you wake up early morning. If you are doing the thing you love, you don't feel like working a day of your life - Do it with passion or not at all. Its all about Mindset- Its start with your heart and ends with your mind. its your heart take you from one momemtum and your brain will help you realise you are dreaming. ... Research shows People have between 50,000 to 70,000 thoughts per day that means 35-48 thought per minute. It is a combination of thoughts and feelings. Out of these thoughts research shows 98 percent are exactly the same that we had day before. Most of the them are repetition of the actual event happend in our life in the past and what they tend to do on a daily basis & in near future. Research shows there is no limit to what the human brain can accomplish. Scientists and psychologists tell us we use only about 10 percent of our brain power. So what you are thinking today ???? Research also shows out of those 50,000 to 70,000 thoughts per day 80 percent are negative but we still have 20 percent positive thought which you are not going to ruin by putting an effort on complaining about things we cant achieve in life rather putting an efforts achieving those thing. Everyone says there is a ladder to success but most of the people afraid to take just one step. What is succcess??? & how you become successful !!!! Everybody has different meaning to define success. Its a comination of doing small things every day and achieve your daily goal which helps you achieve your ultimate goal. Jusss dont give up but keep going... its never too late. You will succeed if you have a positive attitude, believe in yourself, build positive habits, make wise choices, set and achieve goals, use your imagination and persist. Keep working toward your goals and dreams, and you will become successful one day. Your hardest times often lead to the greatest moments of your life. Keep going. Tough situations build strong people in the end. There are five important things for living a successful and fulfilling life: -Never stop dreaming, -Never stop believing, -Never give up, -Never stop trying, and never stop learning. Stay true to yourself, keep smiling, be positive and never give up! There is no substitute for hard work. If you fall behind take a deep breath & run faster. Wasting time complaining about everything you can think of and not doing anything to improve your life is one of the major problems with the majority of people who are stuck in a life with problems. 01.01.2022 In this beautiful rainy day.. doing what i can.. day 16 of 20 before joining a Gym- Preparing myself to be healthy and wise. I am a person who want to challenge myself every now and then.. and I strongly beleive in the fact that.. Its you Vs you.. When i am on my LOW or HiGH.. I always tell myself.. I have been there.. done that I can do it again..... There will be people who try to support you and there are people try to bring you down and brag about you no matter what.. We all have different agenda in life whether you are young, middle aged or elderly people. Some people manage to do many thing in life and some cant even do much. Generally, talking about the things in life and work. I think, we can't go beyond plus extra. We can share what we know & can only express what we have learned through our own experiences There are people happy to some extend.. and some are unhappy too. My meaning of happiness is doing what I feel like doing and living life the way I want. Beleive me, If you manage to balance your life in such a way where work and family life is smoothly running. You are happy Money is essential thing in life. If someone say money does not matter.. they might just be pretending.. If someone say so.. ask them.. what they do if they don't have money.. you will have your answer.. But at some point.. You will have plenty money but does it mean you will be the happiest person in the world and vice versa. Life needs a balance on what we do & we cant have everything on our plate. We have to prioritise the most important thing we want to achieve in life and work hard for it. Sooner or later you will have it.. If you are commited, persistent and passionate about it.. Here are few question i asked myself or you can ask yourself too.. - Working hard or Working smart ?? - Working for yourself or someone else ?? - Living by yourself or with the people you love and care - Be in a place where you feel alive or be somewhere you feel dump - Take risk or not at all - Plenty of money or what is enough for you?? - Be nice to people or taking a stand - Being with people where you don't feel comfortable or freeing yourself - Stand out from the crowed or lost in the crowed. I believe," it's better to live with wise man in the prison than fool man in paradise." To be happy we should live everyday as it comes. Life has many things to offer, you choose what is best for you and do things where you feel comfortable and do things what you are good at. I do what i love and do not really think about what people will say about it until i do something wrong. People will poke on the things no matter what. My work gives me flexibility in the family, help me connect with people with different background, lifestyle and knowledge and also give me opportunity to work with the community i serve.
