25.01.2022 Recently we have been fine-tuning YouSchool! Our initial trial phase showed us some area for improvements which are continually being made to the programme. It will always be our commitment to give our observers the best value and best life skills. The other side of this is, we are now offering one on one coaching sessions available by appointment. This is so we have something available for adults as well as teens, as we have seen a pattern in adults wanting to learn what we have shown their younger family members! These screen shots are an example of how we can help in just one session......

20.01.2022 Very humbled to have been able to take this wonderful woman back to her original trauma and help her. From struggling and freezing under pressure to feeling free and limitless. She identified it, she wanted to fix it, she did it. I just facilitated.

12.01.2022 Two sessions into the programme and we are very confident we are having an impact! Getting teens to open up can be a challenge in itself, so to be doing so 2 weeks in and shifting their mindset is very pleasing!

The goal of YOUschool is to ensure young people give themselves the best opportunity to live happy, loving, joyful lives through to adulthood. Becoming adults who attract positivity because it's what they are being. Adults who find love and light in every moment.... YOUschool is the place for them to shed the weight of expectation, social beliefs, generational behaviour and other limiting factors and shine their own beautiful light. 05.01.2022 Most of us may relate to this at some point in our lives. The fear of being rejected, and not being accepted. The fear of being disliked, the fear of being unloved. What if I told you that what they don't like about you, that part of you that they reject, actually exists within themselves. For the most part, they don't realise this. The cool thing is, having compassion for them heals that part of you that feels unloved, unwanted, rejected and not accepted. Because #LoveHealsAll ~ SD
