01.01.2022 Here are some of Livingstone's Youth Action Group members working to complete the youth led street art project (OK, they aren't working in this pic but you know what I mean!). This project was part of Youth Week 2020, and was scheduled to be completed in April, however COVID meant some delays, but the group persisted and have now finished! What do you think? "What if the world treated us, the way we treat her?"... The group begun with a youth engagement survey to determine the theme and location of the artwork, and then developed a design. Environmental issues came back as top theme, with a location near Yeppoon Central. Great work guys! If you are high school aged and interested in being on the Youth Action Group please email [email protected] - In term 4 the group will be working on using e-waste to create something purposeful!
