19.01.2022 Good morning everyone, just a quick update on the coronavirus and paying employees. If you suspect an employee has the virus, you can direct that the employee not to come to work until they get a medical clearance. Full time and part time employees that have the virus are able to use sick leave accrued for themselves or their dependents. If they self quarantine without the virus, then it must be agreed upon that annual leave is used, working from home or another location. ... If an employee is stuck overseas or is required to self isolate, then the employee and employer can agree for the employee to take unpaid or paid leave, including long service leave under the award) Please note this information is only relevant as of today and could change depending on individual circumstances or changes in legislation.

19.01.2022 Amid the Covid 19 virus and the business incentives, I would like to stress that the ypb team will be working hard around the clock to get all March BAS’s lodged in a super timely manner. This will mean that we would expect your total cooperation in order for this to occur. We encourage all clients to be proactive in getting to us all the information we would usually request. I would also like to stress that the lodgement and payment of superannuation this quarter is of th...e utmost importance in order to ensure all business incentives are received in a timely manner. Again I ask that everyone be patient and understanding as we manage to process a huge work load in a short amount of time from our homes. Thanks kindly Sonia Floyd Kelly Nowak Caitlyn Adamson Silvana Garreffa

13.01.2022 Ypb will unfortunately be locking our doors tomorrow. Today the reality of stupidity hit home with non clients coming into our office who had just been to the doctors because they were both unwell In order to protect ourselves and our children and loved ones and to provide ongoing support to our clients the time has come. I’m happy to take all text messages, phone calls and emails, today was hectic and I appreciate all clients that were patient waiting for us to respond.... Kind regards Sonia
