24.01.2022 This job for Y ROC was a bit of a tricky one as we didnt have the best access behind the house so it had to be done in stages. The client wanted to get rid of the failing panel and post and replace it with something structal. This wall has all the backing blocks needed as per engineers specifications as do all the walls we build. GREENWOOD

21.01.2022 On this job the owners wanted a staircase inline with the entrance of their front door and also a multi leveled front yard for some grass and paving. 21.01.2022 Our client had just built their new house with their builder just leaving a battered backyard down to their fence. Y ROC has now transformed the area into a 2 level area. 20.01.2022 On one of Y ROC s latest jobs we had the task of pulling down a lot of old Limestone blocks that where just taking up too much of the backyard. We used the old blocks as backing blocks to save a bit of money and put a fresh skin of beveled 500s around the entire boundary. WARWICK

We had to cut out the existing ramping limestone wall and extend the wall to the boundary and straight across the front. We also added a small limestone garden bed ready for plants across the front. 06.01.2022 This was one of our final jobs of 2018. We built a wall around most of the perimeter of the house and also enclosed the pool area with piers all the way around. We used charcoal pier caps to match in with the colour of the house to finish it all off. The clients were very happy with the finished product and they have booked us in for future construction. ... 06.01.2022 This is one of Y ROCs jobs from earlier in the year. Their asbestos fencing was retaining alot of sand which caused the fence to fall away. We have now retainined the back and side boundary all to engineers specifications and created a step down for entertaining in the corner were they wanted to put a firepit. The clients also needed better access to the backyard so we built some stairs in down the side to finish it all off. ... EDGEWATER

Along the front we have built a limestone screen wall with timber style aluminium slats across the front with a 4m gap for a new electric gate. Along the right hand side of the boundary we have built a small screen wall for the colorbond fencing to be core drilled into for extra strength. QUINNS ROCKS
