23.01.2022 Practicing handstand progressions yesterday at our first uplift #streetworkout edition. Handstands are a movement that challenges our mind and our body. Often it’s our own doubts and fears that hold us back from achieving them. By building a strong foundation, using support, and trusting ourselves, we can get there. Same with our goals in life! Thanks team for a great session and hope to see some more faces out there next week!

13.01.2022 This week at the Y we have been celebrating NAIDOC week. This is a week where we celebrate the amazing people and culture of our traditional owners and custodians, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Always was, always will be.
