24.01.2022 Attention! !! We’ve got KAGOSHIMA A5 WAGYU in YUME! We are the ONLY ONE selling the Kagoshima Wagyu in the Coast!... A5 Wagyu from Kagoshima Prefecture is arguably the most exquisite beef in the word. What does the A5 grade mean? Wagyu is graded based on five categories: Beef Marbling Standard, Beef Fat Standard, Beef Color Standard, Firmness and texture, and Yield (usable meat from any cut). A features the highest Yield. The remaining four categories are graded on a scale from 1 to 5. Only the highest quality Wagyu is graded A5. This Kagoshima Wagyu will be available in Yume from 6th October 2020!! Don’t miss out! It will be available for Teppanyaki and Table dine in!!

13.01.2022 A special thank you message It is our honour to invite Kathleen Eaglesham (nanny) and her family for dinner in Yume Modern Japanese Restaurant. Follows is a narrative from Nanny. --------------------------------------------------... Nanny’s Japanese name is Kaoru Eaglesham; she is 91 years old and has lived in Australia for 67 years. She came to Australia as a Japanese Warbride in 1953, having met her husband, William Eaglesham, who served in the Australian Army for 30 years. She was one of the first Japanese war brides to become an Australian citizen. Kathleen’s favourite dish is teriyaki salmon, though she enjoys agedashi tofu and the tempura in the bento box as well. She also has a new favourite of miso eggplant. The bento box reminds her of the dinners she would have as a child in Japan. Yume has always had a warm and inviting atmosphere. She enjoys the friendly vibes, beautiful aroma and delicious tasting food that reminds her of home. She often comes with her family (three generations) and always enjoys a chat with the kind staff. Yume is a comfortable and inviting place to be. --------------------------------------------------- We would like to say thank you so much to Nanny and her family for attending dinner last night. We hope you guys enjoyed the dinner. And wish Nanny and the family good health and happiness.

12.01.2022 A WELCOME CEREMONY DINNER to the A5 KAGOSHIMA Wagyu Beef!! We are ready to share this joyfulness and happiness with our honorable guests!! This Royal Teppanyaki Dinner will be served by Yume’s Head Chef- Stanley and Sous Chef-Jedi.... Head Chef Stanley will take charge of cooking. Meanwhile, Sous Chef- Jedi will introduce the origin of the Omakase and the background of the A5 Kagoshima Wagyu Beef. Customers who dine in with this course will receive the GRADING Certificate of the A5 Kagoshima Wagyu Beef. Make a reservation with us! Limited seat and Limited time only!! Please Choose one of the date 20th October 2020(Tuesday) or 27th October 2020(Tuesday). The dinner will be served at 6pm. ON THAT NIGHT! YOU WILL BE TREATED LIKE A IMPERIAL.
