16.01.2022 Process Matters In coffee production, process matters. The way we process coffee has a direct impact on its flavour. For example, the washed process is often associated with 'cleanness' and 'brightness' while the natural process is often associated with higher 'sweetness' and a fuller 'body.'... However, 'process' also matters in less obvious areas, like company values . If the process here is simply writing values down in a statement, then that's some pretty weak flavor ! There are better ways... Here's something that's working for us. As a poly-ethnic workplace, we value differences. 02.01.2022 The Future A temptation to avoid when making decisions about the future is to look at past performance (btw, this is particularly relevant when buying shares on the stock market ). Past performance does not guarantee future success !... Planning for the future means thinking about what we expect to happen and then preparing ourselves for that. But it’s surprising how easy it is to think, this worked in the past, so let’s just keep doing it. For me, the Christmas Season is a chance to reflect on the previous year and prepare for the future personally, family, community, business. Did I get some stuff wrong in 2020 ? Then 2021 is a new beginning a chance to get stuff right ! Did I get some stuff right in 2020? Then 2021 is a reminder to keep a humble heart that makes no assumptions about past success.
