22.01.2022 Each Encore session consists of land and pool components. All at a pace that each paricpant is comfortable and safe with. It's lots of fun and there's plenty of laughter too! If you know someone who has experienced breast cancer please tell them about this program commencing 17th August and running for 8 weeks.

20.01.2022 The Encore program due to commence on 17 August has been postponed until further notice. Encore is a free programs that helps women move forward through exercise post breast cancer treatment.
