22.01.2022 What a surreal feeling Late night run through the city last night and at 10:16pm on a Saturday night you could hear a pin drop It’s great to see so many people take their individual responsibility seriously to assist in a greater community health issue

21.01.2022 General rule of thumb - get outside for 30mins a day for no specific reason, just get outside Try this for a month and see how much better you feel for it

12.01.2022 @kissgoodbyetoms month of May fundraiser has finally come to an end . At the start of the month the goal was raise $1000 and run 155km for the month . Thanks to the incredible support of the community we ended on 175km and $2,433 raised and counting (last day to donate today)... . This year was to support my mum who has lived with MS for the last 20 years and requires in home care 24/7 . The strongest woman I know that has faced unspeakable challenges as MS progressively took away every part of her independence . It’s not a sad story it’s a story to say thanks to everyone for their support and donations. On last count the MS community has raised over $5,000,000 . Special thanks to @ag.exercisephysiology for keeping the body in order to get through the month injury free as well as the @inspirehealthservices physio team @ West End See more

01.01.2022 As we approach May I will be doing the MS May 50K in support of my mum (also named May weirdly enough) The goal is simple this year; RUN 5km per day for the month of May... I completely understand that donations may be tricky for some people during the unique climate of the world so any spare change is greatly appreciated
