24.01.2022 This marks the end of the Jetts 12 Week Challenge for 2019! Everyone has worked so hard, blood sweat and tears, broken down and regrown together! Its been a monstrous 12 weeks for me as a Professional and personally too. I feel that this challenge was much more incontrol and I have learned tons to take with me for 2020 and its Challenge. Really excited to reveal winners (as I dont know them all either), celebrate, relax and have fun with everyone on our awards night this Saturday!

19.01.2022 Getting my Christmas present Sous Vide machine into action for some meal prep! So easy, just bag everything up, chuck it in and return later to sear then seperate it out! Meal prep is an easy way to prepare, seperate and count the calories of your meals for the week. Spend a good few hours in the kitchen on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon to plan, shop, prepare and seperate all your food for the week. Trust me! 19.01.2022 We had an awesome day today at the Cane to Coral! We completed the 4km distance in around 34 minutes. Awesome weather, TONS of participants and a really good day overall. Plans to attend again next year to do 10km! Thanks Em for organising and inviting us! @ Bargara Beach



17.01.2022 Class today was fun! Had some newbies to join the ranks! Went through a simple yet effective HIIT circuit of 30 second work with 30 seconds rest! Self directed cardio such as timed HIIT is great for you to really push yourself at your own pace, allowing for each individual of the group to work hard. Regardless of skill level, familiarity or fitness level! Free classes are held at Jetts Bundaberg throughout the week, inbox for more information. Everyone is welcome

17.01.2022 Interesting morning spent on something a little different. Jason and myself spent the morning with the Bundaberg Mature Womens group, discussing aging, fitness, bone strength and resistence training for elderly individuals. Was a really lovely and engaging morning with the ladies asking heaps of questions. If any groups or individuals would like to organise something similar I would love to. Get creative with your food, it all boils down to protein, carbs, fats and calories, yes, but the overall meal can still be unique and enjoyable. And delicious! Absolute huge week and it now marks half way through the challenge. Its been big, its gone fast, and really looking forward to the home stretch!

10.01.2022 Thats a wrap for our 2019 Jetts Bundaberg 8 Week Challenge! A huge effort from our competitors and some really great results. Congratulations to all those who competed and placed! A giant extra special congratulations to my client Emily Bartels for taking second place. Huge effort and dedication for the entire 8 weeks, day in day out. No skipped workouts, no skipped meals!

10.01.2022 Heres a pretty fun (actually terrible) leg session for you! +Calves, seated for 10 reps, standing decline to failure. Focus on 5 second rest at bottom of the rep to relax the Achilles. +Barbell Back Squats, 5x5, increasing weight each set, eg, 100, 110, 115, 120, 130... +45 degree leg press, 4x15 +Hack squats, 3x10, focusing on depth and control +Leg extension, 3x20, these are where the great faces and photos came from Focus always on control, activiation and muscle engagement. Give it a go and report back. Enjoy!

04.01.2022 I want to take a minute to explain my business logo and motto, what it really means to me deep down. As I was playing with the idea of doing what I love for myself as a business and helping give this gift to other people. I had told my close friend Daniel about my ideas, really not sure how hed take it. He was blown away and told me he thought it was amazing. Told me he could always see a fire in my eyes whenever we talked about fitness and training. I took that idea ...that my passion for improving my own physical and mental health could be something I could help others to light their inner fire and be passionate about their own bodies too. I love what I do, and Im slowly improving each day I do it. Mental health is so hard and I will alwags struggle with it on some level, but having positive physical health will alwats promote positive mental health on some level!

01.01.2022 IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR ONCE AGAIN! The Jetts 12 week challenge 2018 is just around the corner. This is a great way for anyone, beginners or current gym users, to really get involved with the gym, fitness, dieting and lifestyle changes with a full on and rewarding challenge to keep everyone pushing themselves.... Weekly one on one personal training, fitness testing, weight and measurements as well as progress photos all taken at the start and end of the challenge. Thats all the official bits out of the way, what I really loved about the challenge last year when I participated was the social aspects like the team building, weekly and weekend challenges and training all together as a group. Walking into the gym everyday and seeing all of the challengers wearing their team colour hats created such an intense and motivating atmosphere. I learnt so much from last years challenge, built so many good habits and made so many good friends. I really loved the experience and would strongly recommend it to anyone and everyone. Spaces are now available but are filling up quick, please message me for any information or if you have any questions.
