08.01.2022 To our Customers and Local Residents. It has come to our attention that Kennel Cough is present in the Fitzroy North and surrounds. We would like to advise all customers to have their pets vaccines up to date and if you do find that your pet has contracted the virus please isolate your pet at home and follow vet directions. As we are aware of pets being walked and this is highly contagious. All grooming clients please be advised we will be taking every precaution in our store to keep our loyal pampering clients safe and well. Thanking you from Staff and Management

07.01.2022 Due to the covid outbreak and the current restrictions and lockdowns I have made the decision to close the shop front of Zac's. We will be looking at going mobile for the dog grooming. All customers will be contacted via phone calls and we will discuss how grooming is going to be moving forward. Zac's will go through a big rebrand but the quality and service will remain the same. For all your Pet Supplies we will be online and all your furry friends favourite treats will be found with participating retailers in Queens Parade Fitzroy North or online at our new store being developed. 05.01.2022 To all our valued Past and Present Customers. Tonight at 11.59pm Melbourne Metro can open. We have decided to reopen Tuesday the 15th of May 2021. Our hours are changing for the month of June 2021. If you would like to book your dog in for Grooming please call 9486 8445 and leave a message. Please note due to the current weather conditions in Regional Victoria we have no power, internet or phones. As soon as these services are restored we will call you. 05.01.2022 With the latest developments of the Covid-19 Outbreaks in Victoria, the Victorian Health Minister has put our state into a hard circuit breaker lockdown with only 5 reasons to leave the house. This lockdown will start at 11.59pm today and will go for the next 7 days. Our grooming salon will be closed and will not reopen until the lockdown is lifted. If you require lifewise, treats or Prime100 or Ecopet food please call us to place your order and it will be delivered. We hope everyone stays safe during theses times.

04.01.2022 To all our valued Past and Present Customers. We have made the tough decision to temporarily close Zac's Pet Supplies & Grooming Salon due to the Covid 19 Outbreak in Victoria. As we are unaware of when we are going to be reopening we have come together and decided the best thing for all in this situation is to offer customers PHONE ORDERS only starting as at today the 31/05/2021. Please call 9486 8445 between 8.30am and 4.00pm Monday to Saturday and all orders to be made before 2.00pm for same day delivery and after 2.00pm will be for the next day.
