17.01.2022 A few months ago, the Connolly family contacted me asking if I could come and document some time with them in their family home before the sale of the home became final. This home held so many special memories for the family - watching them grow as each of their three children were brought home to it. I feel honoured to have been asked to capture these memories for this beautiful family - the connection this family has is tangible and real!

14.01.2022 This wedding was epic I don’t do selfies that often, but this one was worth it!

12.01.2022 Last weekend I drove to Tenterfield, NSW to photograph Ashleigh and Ben’s wedding. As I drove I was overcome with emotion as I saw the the destruction left over from the recent bushfires. It was painfully dry and extremely hot. It seemed the earth was screaming out for water, as were the people and animals who called those places home. When we saw these clouds come over there was a glimmer of hope. Hope for a little reprieve from these conditions.... but it blew over as qui...ckly as it approached. Ashleigh and Ben’s wedding was absolutely beautiful. A day full of laughter and fun and family. But it changed me a little bit. It made me think about the way I use water up here at the Sunshine Coast. I feel I owe it to the people who are living and struggling out west to do better. 03.01.2022 It’s DECEMBER!! I literally cannot believe how quickly this year has gone... As some of you may know, every year during the month of December I do a ‘photo a day’ project to document a snapshot of my family life. Each year I change my criteria a little. A few times I’ve done self portraits. But this year I’ve decided to broaden my skill set and do a video snapshot each day. I’ll probably also grab some photos along the way since I’ll have my camera on me. Here’s a snapshot of December 1&2. I’m pretty excited about this!

02.01.2022 Henry and Jamie-Lee's COVID Iso wedding was epic! With some precision planning, resourcefulness, technology and unique ideas Henry and Jamie-Lee pulled off a completely socially distanced wedding where they were able to have some of their closest family and friends be a part of their day despite the strict restrictions that were in place through COVID lockdowns. Oh, and I forgot to mention... When your family owns the airport and there's no incoming flights due to COVID...... well it makes for a pretty epic photo location! It was an absolute pleasure to capture their day with the help of Lily Fern Photography and The Finches. 02.01.2022 I had the pleasure of capturing these two beautiful souls amongst my Toowoomba trips over the past few months and meet their first born son! These two have such a genuine connection and I loved watching them interact with each other and with their baby (and fur baby!). I absolutely love creating films like this!
