21.01.2022 Chorizo Risotto. To see how easy this is to make, check out my little video below! It made enough for 4 plus leftovers that could have fed another 2 people! (I used mushroom risotto recipe but added 300g Chorizo instead of mushrooms).

15.01.2022 Leftover bolognaise from the other night makes a perfect opportunity for a tortilla Tuesday! Just grated some cheese in the Thermomix, and added some lettuce. No waste, and a super easy winner dinner.

12.01.2022 Easy 8 second salad or sandwich filler. Leftover steamed chicken and veg, perfect for a makeover. I just popped the chicken pieces in the bowl, added some mayo, and shredded it on reverse/speed 4/4 seconds. Removed the chicken, popped in the veg, and repeated 4sec/Reverse/speed 4. Done!

10.01.2022 Mashed potatoes in the Thermomix... simply the best! Tip: add extra cooking time to ensure your potatoes are super soft and cooked through before the mashing step, for a better texture! Video in post above.
