20.01.2022 Sunday training will recommence Sunday 23rd of May. If you are free this Sunday (16/04) from 10:00 there will be a working bee to tidy up the training equipment, it will be great to see you there.

17.01.2022 Hello everyone, Soke Jim will be having a Christmas training session at his house tomorrow night (22/12) starting at 6:00 pm. There will be test cutting, Krav Maga classes, bag work and a wind down session to finish the evening. This is open to everyone (Krav Maga will be age appropriate but there will be another session for those u/18). Looking forward to seeing you there.

12.01.2022 Good morning everyone, I hope you are well. With regards to our grading this weekend at Withcott, could BJC Muay Thai members please wear their normal bow in attire as per previous gradings and could Zen Do Kai members please wear their title uniform, hakama's will not be required unless it is necessary for your grading.... There will be water for sale on the day, but the canteen will not be operating. There are no places within walking distance for food, however there are a few options within a short drive. We are hoping for Clubshop to be operating. Please ensure all black belts/singlets are there by no later than 9:00 am for bow in to commence at 10:00 am.

07.01.2022 Looking for some little munchkins to be our ring girls/boys for our fight show. All that is required is for them to hold the card above their head after every round. The more kids we have the less tiring it is on the others. Please message Madison Norris for further inquiries and if you would like to sign your child up to have some time in the spotlight!
