17.01.2022 My Nana did not tell me this - our navel is an amazing thing! Applying oil in the navel heals Glowing skin - 3 drops of almond/coconut oil... Soothing cracked lips / improving poor vision / better hair growth/ relief from headaches. Will also keep your intestines moving to remove harmful bacteria but keep the good. Actually works as a mild detox. - 2-3 drops of mustard oil Relief from high blood pressure/ weight loss/ stomach ailments/ back pain - 3 drops of olive oil Relief from acne/rashes - 3 drops of neem oil (Neem oil is safe but extremely potent. It may cause an adverse reaction in someone with sensitive skin or a skin disorder like eczema. If it's your first time using neem oil, start by trying a small, diluted amount of it on a small area of your skin) Soft skin - 3 drops of ghee Relief from knee pain - 2-3 drops of castor oil & spread it around your navel.
