25.01.2022 Two sleeps to go people. reopening on Monday 15th June, with some changes. We still are committed to offering you, our clients, the best possible experience whilst our beautiful state, country and world attempt to come out of this pandemic. We will continue our strict cleaning and sanitization practices, but we will ask you to work with us with this measure whilst the disease is still out there. We are taking this seriously for the care of you, our clients, ourselves and ou...r family and friends. The Hotel Grand Chancellor is still a quarantine hotel till 30th June. The only changes to you and us is added security to ground floor and entry only via doors at front direct to salon, auto doors next to salon or via carpark Macquarie street . Toilets, please use ones near TSO Concert hall end. Please let us know asap if this is a concern to you. We ask, Please do not come into Salon if you are feeling unwell in anyway, or have come into contact with anyone whom has been tested for Covid19. No cancellation fee will be applied even at last min. At this time, only Clients with a confirmed appointment may enter the Salon. We ask you to please come alone. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate visitors. We are working to a 1-1 ratio within the Salon with a maximum of four people within salon at anyone time. We have Hand Sanitizer for your use on arrival and throughout your appointment. We will not be having magazines for you to look through. Please bring with your phone, tablet, iPad, Kindle, laptop, charger etc and we will be more than happy share our wifi with you during appointment. We will be serving refreshments as per usual. They will be served in throw away cups for you to dispose of in one of our bins. If you wish to bring your own bottled water (which we encourage) or any other beverage , it is up to you to help. Fell in love with the New York armchairs over 3 years ago, and a year ago the Ring table presented itself to me. Thank you so much Paul for organising these amazing timeless pieces for me.

01.01.2022 Last night's Government decision, has helped cement our thoughts of a temporary closure until further notice. It has been a decision we have been grappling with for the past week. This does not mean we are going for good, just for the forseable future. We are doing this to keep you, our clients, family, friends and the community safe.... We are all in this together.
