21.01.2022 Good morning to all loving souls. Learning on how to concentrate and Master your focus| First Technique I have just completed 108 times Awareness breathing before and with breakfast. I feel like you have accomplished todays goal to focus on breathing and beyond. ... Steps: 1. Concentrate on breaths coming in 2. Concentrate on breaths going out. 3. Count 1 4. Repeat step 2-3 while in sitting posture or walking or doing any activities 5. Remember, if you become confused where your last counting was, start counting from one-two steps back you remember it is and start counting. 6. Just remember of inhaling and exhaling and 1,2,3,.....If you forget to check your phone, start from counting 2 when you remember 7. Target to reach goals for 21, 54 or 108 breathing counts in the first day and Increase your goals daily 8. Practice it while resting, or Gyan Mudra, Dhyan Posture doing any activities (avoid while driving) just remember counting in and out 9. Become Master of your own breaths Enjoy

17.01.2022 Question: Im very new to meditation. I even try to meditate every day for a minimum of 5 minutes. I wish and love to do more but I yawn so so much and feel like I am feeling sleepy and lazy. Any tips to revitalized and energized? Answer: Oh Dear, you are right there. The peacefulness unfolds in its own way together which brightens your up. Before you blossoms, there seems to be crackling of your outer self. Yawning is not blocking your doors to meditation and mindfulness but... its opening doors, Remember that. Many people have their own way to find their light towards the great journey until then you watch and become aware of whats happening to you. Let me give you an example, some people become anxious to watch closing their eyes, and some could not focus while some trans to an imaginative world. And thats okay. You are coming home. Try something like this: Try changing your time for meditation or do not meditation after the 9-5 Job Keep Yanning and dont get stressed and let it go If you feel sleepy, try to meditation in SubAsana (Sleeping posture Meditation) Hope this helps

I could hardly remember gone fishing but in those of mine, we used to have real earth womb in Bait Needles. OMG, all day under 35-degree temperature and no fish. we used to be quiet and still not moving the stick attached to its thread and Bait. Learning these skills from fishing, I was thinking I am patience since my chil...dhood until I started Meditation. I seem to be quiet and still with much deeper calmness in the face but patience? I was so eager to know all the mysteries of life, all the magical stuff written in books all at a time from inside. And I was so desperately wanting to know the enlightenment. I still do but that energy has been channelled somewhere Else. And now, I am trying to understand the word patience. How I did this? Each day thoughts came to me to wake me up to act which I have been doing but were in vain. And finally, I stopped to react to my thoughts which comes and goes by even if they seem to be true. Instead, I observe thoughts centring my awareness in the gap between breaths coming in and going out. I hold my breath and observe it in totality with full of gratitude and respect. Question: you have a meeting at 8 am tomorrow(scheduled before a week) and your co-staff or a friend didnt make it. what do you think and do?

02.01.2022 After many years of journey in spirituality, my partner reminded me that Nowadays I am into Meditation and being very spiritual. This is a great compliment for me. WOW Everything around me helps me to meditate and grow into spirituality and become more aware of myself. These days,... even my worries, wait for the right time after meditation. My sorrows, my important meetings, gatherings overnight overwhelmingly welcome and greets for meditation to happen. Isnt it wonderful? So somebody asks me a question: Whenever I am ready for meditation. There is essential work, children cries and important call interrupts. Children and my partner have something important to discuss and I cannot concentrate on meditation. What should I do? Answer: its simple to see that, you have just started your meditation journey. You may have been doing meditation since 4-5 year but really havent been in meditation. So, continue what you are doing. Learn from your children, partner and listen and care for them and then go to meditation. Slowly they will watch your meditating and will start to think something should be going with you. They will start noticing. Even a toddler notices his/her mother and activities. Go on. Do not stop. Interruptions will be there. Focus on the emptiness within. Its intensity increases at the right time. Go on and on.
