22.01.2022 Good morning Zen Seekers. Well today with much trepidation I put on layer 2 of my intuitive artwork. I'm not sure at this point what all the orbs are but I'm sure spirit will reveal the message along this journey. 3 more layers to go. Stick with me to see the end result. I'm finding letting go of control very freeing. Bring it on!

Rafael touched many people’s lives and so with this scholarship we honour his memory in a way that continues to carry his vision forward and share his passion with the world. 17.01.2022 Hey Zen seekers! I had a few people wanting a day time workshop for sound healing and meditation or paint for your soul! Who would be interested in a day workshop! And what day and times best suits!!

I have added Tuesday 6th and 13th (both half day 9 to 12.30 to make the full day)as a couple of people wanted to do this workshop but could not make Saturday 10th October. So if you are still wanting a spot at either the Weekday or Saturday workshops please let me know ASAP.

06.01.2022 Hi beautiful Zen Seekers. You may have noticed I have been a little quiet over the last couple of weeks. I have just been really busy with courses etc. Keep your eyes peeled for new events coming and the first ChiBall class will be early December. I will also have a level 1 Reiki Attunement in early December as well so again keep your eyes peeled. Exciting times coming your way. I appreciate your continued support.

06.01.2022 All set-up for a huge day of healings. Did you know that when we quiet our mind this opens the way for some amazing things to take place. Comment from my beautiful client on leaving earlier today - I can’t explain it! I feel so much lighter! It’s as if you took all the negativity out from head to toe. And I did just that sent it out the window and back to Mother Earth. the intention I set this morning prior to holding space for healings today was to make my clients feel c...alm and lighter. What would your wish be if you were having a healing with me?
