24.01.2022 In light of recent events concerning public acts of violence toward women I have decided to hold FREE self defence classes for women. If you feel this may benefit you or a loved one please share this post. Classes will run for 1 hour and be held on week nights. 22.01.2022 Comprehensive Martial Arts training available for teens and adults. Training is self defence, personal fitness and self discipline focused. Training fee is $50 per month and classes are held daily.
