10.01.2022 On January the 20th, we opened our doors to raise funds for the bush fires that have been raging through our country. We were blown away by the support from our players. With your help and contributions, we raised a total of $5,000 between our Melbourne & Brisbane sites. Half of this amount will go to Wildlife Victoria, and the other half to Zoos Victoria. We want to thank our community of dedicated VR fans for helping us achieve this, as well as the staff members who volunteered their time and energy to this cause.

05.01.2022 Zero Latency is totally committed to the health and safety of all its staff and loyal players, and while the sanitation of our equipment has always been kept to a high standard, weve included extra processes in our venue in response to CV19. This includes: - Increased cleaning of our customer areas, including sign-in tablets and bathrooms; - Increased stocks of sanitising supplies for our backpacks and game equipment, as well as hand soap/sanitiser for our staff and customer...s; - Awareness and signage in our lobby; and - Awareness among staff in regards to all cleaning processes After each and every game session, all of the equipment used by players is thoroughly sanitised by our wonderful Game Masters, including the backpack back and straps, VR headsets, headphones/microphone, and game controllers. We ask that if you are playing at Zero Latency soon to please consider the following: - Wash hands carefully and thoroughly before and after your experience. Hand washing supplies are available in our bathroom, and hand sanitiser is available at our front desk; - Practice good sneeze and cough hygiene; and - Avoid visiting the venue if you are unwell, have encountered someone at risk from CV19 within the last two weeks, or have been to a high risk area We will be closely monitoring the situation and following advice from authorities over the coming weeks and updating our response accordingly.
