21.01.2022 Nearly done with trim for soffits. @ Parkes, New South Wales

15.01.2022 I have a gut feeling that these temporary bar stools are going to be used for a while . #saturdayprojects @ Mudgee, New South Wales

14.01.2022 This is the bedroom part of the built in deck conversion. Fun part was leveling the floor. I also had to build the window and door jambs and resize the windows and doors. The fretwork above the door is replicated to match the rest of the house. @ Greenslopes, Queensland

09.01.2022 A house was broken into, someone ripped open the screen door and broke the doorjamb. First two pictures show the fix of another guy, he used a lot of builders bog to glue the piece back on. Then someone tore the door open again and I had the opportunity to fix it. I cut out and replaced a section and added a metal plate behind the striker plate for a little bit of extra strenght, in case someone decides to visit again. Once filled, painted and sanded, it looks like nothing had ever happened. @ Dubbo, New South Wales, Australia

09.01.2022 I knew those Collins mitre clamps will become handy. Had to glue on a return that was on a 10 degree angle on a piece of trim. A dab of CA glue in the center to get instant hold and exterior wood glue on the perimeter of join to get a weatherproof connection. Thank you @the_peoples_tool for the clamps.

05.01.2022 After the bedroom and ensuite, the owner wanted to do something about the entry. So we came up with this. @ Greenslopes, Queensland

01.01.2022 A built in deck converted into a bedroom and ensuite. A fun project I finished last year. What I love about renovations, is the problem solving part. Nothing is plumb, straight nor square, now go ahead and make it work . It was my first project on my own, well truth to be told, owner did help me with the build, but I had to do the set out. Glad to report that in the end everything worked out as planned to the millimeter. @ Greenslopes, Queensland
