Maybe not by coincidence, Tim's background is very much the same as Zierholz founder Christoph Zierholz - seems we on the one hand like to get our hands dirty but brew clean and tasty beers! Along the way, Capital Brewing Company and Bentspoke have been to hand with advice and hands on help. Great to be part of the Canberra Beer Scene!
