Something delicious that you wouldnt eat every day. So last Sunday we cooked pork knuckles with a glaze of craft beer and honey. I cant highlight enough how good it was! Its and excellent and highly nutritious dish if we side it with baked potatoes and some light green salad. I have used a Frenchies Fresh Harvest IPA , as I thought it would be the perfect beer for this dish, and I must say I nailed it. I totally recommend you to give it a try.
