09.01.2022 I just got a visit from a wonderful lady that popped in to see me with a bunch of flowers. She was a rtt client last year and since then she has been busy studying and starting her own business. She looked fantastic and has dropped 15k since I saw her. What a joy it is to see her doing so well.

06.01.2022 Last Christmas I spent it on my own. It is the second time for me. Here at home with my animals. Like a lot of times I enjoyed it when everyone else was working away and I have time by myself. But it was Christmas and for some reason there was a little voice saying to me " Successful people do not spend Christmas alone". Is it all the posts of others sharing there day and or the questions with expectations on faces. "What are you doing for Christmas? " Like you have to be doi...ng something with someone on that day. Here I am with many friends a wonderful family that loves me but here I was alone on Christmas. I had been invited by some to go for lunch but did not want to be on the road. Is it a thing a stigma in our society or is it just the voice in my head? I talked about it to some friends and they seemed to think it is ok to be alone on Christmas if you choose. Could that be the message. " It is Ok to be alone on Christmas day and be happy it doesn't mean anything just the same as being alone on any other day." See more

06.01.2022 The abbey museum is just down the road from me and has some lovely gift ideas. I like the ear rings. Would be a nicer calm relaxing place to shop at this time of year too.

05.01.2022 Last night I attended the Tony Robbins Success resources Christmas party. It was a Zoom event this year and crew members from all over the world were there. One of the most wonderful things about being involved in crewing events are meeting other crew members. These people have all attended the events and are keen to improve them selfs and to help others. It was seeing the life coaching work that many of them do, is what first inspired me to follow that path and see how ...this work makes such a difference in the lifes of others. Last year I got to meet Richard Branson and Robert kyosaki too when I crewed for there events. Robert's Book Rich Dad Poor Dad was one that is worth reading to learn about financial literacy. It is not the first time I have wanted to surround myself with successful people. It started in 2007 when I read the book what I didn't learn at school and wish a had by Jamie Macintyre and then not long after I crewed at his events meeting all the speakers from all over the world and seeing the amazing lifes they are living. Being invited to parties and days out on the water. The knowledge about human relationships and behaviour are not always in the books or shared with the audience. Tony often whippers in the ear of the man he is doing a relationship intervention with. No one knows what he said. One of these men was crewing and I asked him. Now I know why it is whispered and not shared it is a secret for only men to know and it is powerful. I started off manly seeing women clients but lately 80% of my clients are men and I get to share this secret with them. When Richard Branson had some great advice too about helping others. He said you take good care of yourself and then increase the circle out. To take care of others and keep expanding. Family friends community and then out to the world. I was brought up to think putting myself first was selfish and that was throwned apon. Even wanting something I was told I was spoilt. Mum would say I want does not get. This was a negative subconscious loops I had to get rid of. I wrote it on a wooden board and smash it in half with my bare hand at an event. It was not easy for me to change this thought but to look after myself first and be responsible for my own happiness is the key to success and being able to help others. Over the last few weeks as I have been recovering from hip replacement surgery I have been totally waited on by my family and for the first time I have seen what it looks like. I see manly Ernie cooking and bringing me cuppas and doing the household chores and looking after the animals things when I do them I did not think was much or a big deal. But now when I see what I do just watching how much goes into it, it looks like a huge amount. It is good to see it from an other perspective. I will be appreciating and valuing myself more from now on. See more

01.01.2022 The flash rockets was the name we called ourselves as we exercised together to get fit and healthy. I am the one in the middle and most of us were operating massive trucks on the mine in Weipa north Queensland at the time 12 hour shifts with 2 x 30 minute breaks made it a challenge to get into shape. This is when I studied nutrition and got my nutritional therapy diploma. Then this year has been a challenge for many of us that have trouble staying our idea weight. Including... me with covid 19 and 2 operations. Both stopping me from my exercise program. A double groin hernia and a full hip replacement have got in my way. Since the hip replacement a few weeks ago being looked after and not being in as much control over my meal choices. The weight has come back. Now it is time to get on track step up and nail this for good. Because it is a personal struggle for me it drives me to study and investigate more about this subject. Why can most clients come to me after trying every thing for years and after just one rtt session they nail it and reduce weight simply, easily and effortlessly. For me rtt has stopped my cravings for sugar but I am still working on my ideal weight. Because of this I am making the Zoeland group for weight reduction. Where we can share our journeys. See more
