Our green staff MJH Turfcare have been working around the clock and the greens and facilities are looking immaculate This Sunday 11th October, Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th October all players participating in the Zone Pairs & spectators are to enter through the front entrance from 8.30am. All participants and spectators will need to sign in electronically & follow the NBC ...Sports Club COVID-19 Safe Plan which includes and not limited to - All spectators must be seated in designated areas and not standing unless they are going to the Restroom, Bar, Café or Club amenities - All players and spectators are always asked to follow the staff’s instructions. 16.01.2022 Hi Zone 10 Clubs Further to my Presidents update released last week I would like to come out and visit all the clubs in Zone 10 to see how they are going through this tough COVID period and see if we can be of any assistance. I would also like to gather some information to help Zone 10 out in keeping up with contacts and the best way to assist. Some of these questions will include - How many coaches has your club got? - How many umpires has your Club got? - Would you be inter...ested in nominating some members if Zone 10 put on an Umpires & Coaches Course - Does your club have any juniors? - Is your club available to host sections of the Zone Championships? - Would your club be interested in bidding for a Zone Championship or Zone Pennant Finals? - Would your club be interested in hosting the Veterans day? - Would your club be interested in hosting the Zone 10 Mid Week Pennant Finals? - Have you nominated your players for representative duties in 2021? BA RBM Brett Hughes will come on the road with me to help with assistance and try to answer any questions you may have. 05.01.2022 Harold Mills (The Hills) and Dale Maitland are the Zone 10 Champion of Champion Pairs victors after defeating Gary Reynolds and Jamie Phillips (Merrylands), 22-16, in a highly entertaining match at Wenty Leagues this afternoon. We wish both Harold & Dale all the best at the Bowls NSW State Champion of Champion finals to be played early in 2021. The resumption of the Zone 10 Champion of Champion Singles continues tomorrow morning at 9.15am at Wenty Leagues. In the Quarter-Fina...l, Paul Delves (North Epping) leads Peter Harry (Merrylands), 23 to 17, with the winner to take on Matt Slager from NBC Sports. In the other semi-final, it is Dale Maitland (Hills) to play Mike Ingersoll (Dundas Sports). Final to be played tomorrow afternoon.
