24.01.2022 It’s Thursday! I hope your week has been going well. It’s been wonderful to be back dancing again with you all after the break. Alrighty... we have a few small class schedule changes over the next few days due to me heading away for the weekend! First up... THIS FRIDAY ONLY.... class will be at 8am rather than 10am ... So set those alarms (me included!! ) as we get a head start on your Friday exercise. Our second notice is as most of you already know, there will be no class this coming Monday morning - 11th Jan. Thirdly.... We are dancing tonight!!! 21.01.2022 What brought YOU to your first Zumba Class? For me, I had moved to a different country, didn’t know many people and to be quite honest I wanted to lose weight. Having become a mother of three, a housewife and holding a full time job... I had lost a bit of me and I had made up my mind to take full advantage of this opportunity ... but how? How was I was going to meet people and turn things around?... My sister who had just become a Zumba instructor, came to visit me. She encouraged me, and we went to our first class together. The ladies I met in the class were the most lovely, inclusive and self empowered women (and men)... I made some friends for life. I fell in love with Zumba & finally found my happy place...on the dance floor! Fast forward over four & a half years later, back in our hometown and we now have our own Zumba community. A group of amazing, driven, fierce women who love to dance as much as I do and spread the word far & wide on this wonderful thing we have together. I’d love to hear how and why you first came to Zumba...it’s so much more than dance! It’s the bonds we make & together we can change the world If you’ve never tried it - NOW IS THE TIME!
