24.01.2022 Come along and try Zumba Kids for ages 5-12 years. Enjoy dancing, games, fitness and fun. Starts next Thursday 7th February at 4.00-5.00pm at Cooerwull Public School Hall.

24.01.2022 Zumba Gold training was so much fun! This class offers a low impact, low intensity version of Zumba. Watch this space for when this class will start! Zumba Kids classes are able to start back next term. Classes will still be on Thursday at 4pm in the Cooerwull School hall. There will be a few changes such as drop off and pick up from the front gate and parents won't be able to come into the hall. There will be hand sanitiser before entry and during the class. I am really looking forward to seeing everyone again and as long as we keep safe we can enjoy our fun Kids Zumba class. I will post more details closer to starting back date but if you have any questions please contact me.

22.01.2022 Hi everyone. I hope that you have all been keeping well during this time. I have been trying a variety of ways to bring a Zumba class to you and I think that the best way to do it at the moment is via Zoom (thank you Lucy for the inspiration). I am going to try a 30 minute class tomorrow for both adults and kids to participate in. It will be at 10.00am and if you are interested in joining Iet me know by sending me a message on Facebook. 19.01.2022 Zumba classes have finished for this term as we are on a family holiday to the USA. Thank you for your support and I will see you all next term! Remember to keep dancing anywhere and everywhere!

18.01.2022 Our first Zoom Zumba class was great so we are going to try it again this week. This week's class will be at our usual Zumba time of 4.00pm on Thursday. Next week I will aim to do two classes. It will be a half hour class again and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It was great to see families joining in last week and we even had a dancing chicken in one backyard!!! 17.01.2022 Zumba Kids is back in Term 3! Due to Covid 19 restrictions there are a few changes. The most important one being drop off and pick up at the front Main St gate near the hall as adults are not able to enter the hall. I will set up outside under the covered area for drop off and I will send your child to you at pick up. I am looking forward to dancing with the kids again and I will give them the list of the new Rules and Expectations due to Covid 19. All students will need to use the hand sanitiser on arrival. Please do not send your child if they are not well. Most of all they need to have fun and I can’t wait to see those big happy smiles again!

17.01.2022 Hi everyone. Just a quick update on when my Kids Zumba class can start back. Due to doing our Zumba in a school hall, we may have to wait until next term before we can start back. I will keep you posted with any updates. In the meantime I am still doing Zoomba (which is Zumba on Zoom) every Thursday at 4pm. If you are interested in joining us please send me a private message with your email and I will send you the Zoom link. I am also doing the Zumba Gold online course next week which is a low intensity Zumba class so I will keep you informed of when that class will start up. 15.01.2022 Unfortunately, Zumba Kids classes are cancelled for the remainder of Term 1. This is due to the hire of the school hall and all community users of the hall have to cancel activities until next term. I will keep everyone updated on when we are able to start back next term. 13.01.2022 Merry Christmas and a big thank you to all of these beautiful kids who have been coming to Kids Zumba all year. What an amazing group of kids you all are! I am looking forward to another year of fun, dancing and games at Kids Zumba next year! Classes resume on Thursday 30th January at 4pm in the Cooerwull School Hall. 12.01.2022 Zumba classes will be cancelled tonight as I am not feeling well enough to take them. I will be at the hall at 4pm for 10 mins to hand out End of Term prizes for Kids Zumba. 09.01.2022 I just wanted to let everyone know that I won’t be doing my Strong by Zumba class on a Tuesday anymore due to family commitments. I would like to thank all of the wonderful people who supported the class. Thursday Zumba and Kids Zumba will still be on so I look forward to seeing you all there. For anyone who might be interested Sue Craig is going to run a Power Fusion class (cardio) on a Tuesday at 5.45pm at her studio. If any of you are interested Sue is offering the first ...class free if you use the online booking code of FIRSTFREE. You can book weekly for the class. Sue is a highly energetic and experienced instructor that I would highly recommend. See below for her details. 09.01.2022 What a fantastic first term of Zumba! We have been learning dances from a number of countries and have learnt about their culture and language. It has been wonderful to see the confidence, skills and dance technique flourish within all students. The adult Zumba classes have been great fun and it has been extremely rewarding to see Won Sze joining me on stage and then taking a track of her own tonight! Well done to Katie for joining me on stage tonight too! I also want to thank all of the people who have helped me this term. Mum, Sam, Fiona, Sue, Maddie, Mia, Evie, Emily and Tia. 05.01.2022 Zoom Zumba will be on again this Thursday 7th May at 4pm for half an hour. I think I was being a tad ambitious in trying to do two classes whilst assisting my kids with their on-line learning during the day so I think that I will just stay with the one class. I will continue to run it via Zoom every Thursday at 4pm during the school term as that is our normal Zumba class time. Anyone who is interested is more than welcome to join us.
