Don’t put pressure on yourself to get the steps right! They will become second nature when you keep coming to class (muscle memory)... 2. Always engage your core and tighten your muscles with every movement to get the best results 3. Don’t be afraid to be yourself and add your own flavour to the steps- this will help your confidence grow and allow you to see how creative you really are! DM for any questions

Enjoying fitness can be difficult at times, you can sometimes feel lost, out of place, unmotivated or just plain bored, but I strongly believe if you join my Zumba class you won’t even feel like you are working out. My vision is to create a space for you to feel confident, safe, vibrant and motivated. Unfortunately there has been another change to this class due to issues regarding the hall the council relocated me to. It was not suitable for the fun, safe and party feel I wanted to deliver to you. Class will be half price due to any inconvenience this may have caused. I hope that this doesn’t stop you from coming to my Zumba class.... The class will remain the same time and day, it is only the location that has changed.
