24.01.2022 Hi Guys, We are at that time again where we are booking classes in for Term 4 2020. Due to COVID-19 we are now able to offer a few different options for classes that is suitable for everyone. Face to face we are still able to offer face to face classes, provided that we are staying 1.5 meters away from participants and everyone in the class is spaced out accordingly (where applicable; schools and preschools are excluded from this). One on One These classes are ideal for p...eople with autoimmune compromised diseases. These are completely COVID safe as there is only the instructor and the participant in the room. Zoom classes We are able to teach an AllAbilities or Zumba class from anywhere to anywhere in Australia. These classes are clearly the safest option as we are not there teaching face to face, and it eliminates any risk of COVID-19. These classes can be taught with or without props depending on what your centre/facility already has on hand. 22.01.2022 Hi guys with the warmer weather upon us and with all the requests Ive been getting to bring back my Monday night Zumba Fitness class Im wondering about trialing an out door class for a few weeks ? WHAT DO YOU THINK ? This will be a big commitment for me as a tiny small business trying to get back on my feet after Covid. Ill have to outlay for a new outdoor speaker among other set up costs for this class to run, so before i get EXCITED and go ahead and invest time and money ...into this class i just want to gage interest on if this is something you guys would like ?? To start with it would (absolutely) need to be a mixed class of adults, children and people with disabilities. But having said that this particular class will be aim at adults. If i have a good response and a seperate childrens or disabilities class needs to be run i will look into that after the initial block of classes. if you had a 10 class pass you were using before Covid i will allow these to be used. Other wise the 45 min class will be $10 This will be an out door 45min Zumba Fitness Class to run on a Monday night for a Trial 4 week period. Hopefully we may be able to move back inside before the real hot weather hits. From my research i think as this is a corporate/business event we can have up to 150 people present so at least numbers want be a problem. 19.01.2022 This was me 12 years ago. I lost 47kilos through diet an exercise and kept it off for over 10 years then recently I did gain back about 20 plus kilos. Lucky I put the work in again and I know what to do and that 20 kilos is gone. Im now back to working on looking and felling my best and toning up. Bring on Zumba Toning , Zumba, Aqua Zumba and Zumba Kids and of course yummy healthy food. It cant be a diet it has to be a lifestyle change. Me of all people knows that.

16.01.2022 Well Z is for Zumba and our first evening class is set to start Monday October 12th at 6pm in Victoria Park near the Retanda. The Covid details: We are only allowed (from my understanding) 20 people plus my self. ... So as hard as this is it will come down to a first in best dressed basis and no holding spaces. You will be required to sign in with your name and phone number and you will also be required to scan QE code. I will have to do temperature checks and we will still need to social distance. I will be there from 5.30pm to set up and we will start class at 6.00pm sharp and will run for 45mins. If you have a pass this will be able to be used or if you haven’t got a pass it will be $10 per class. I do not have eftpos facilities but you are able to bank transfer if cash isn’t an option. All are welcome The first class will be a mixed class of adults special needs and kids. But again who ever arrives first and signs in will get the spot. If need be I can run two back to back classes we will just wait and gage interest. Plz help me spread word

15.01.2022 Guys this Monday night coming at Both St Marys classs have been canceled. (FOR ONE WEEK ONLY GOD WILLING )at this stage. The location is unavailable as the school has their annual night of the notables. My backup location feel through as we are no longer allowed to use it due to the virus so all St Marys classes at least for next week Are cancelled. please hang in there with me I know a lot of you have passes they will be honoured anyone who who was taking part in the weight loss challenge you will have one class left on your pass this will be honoured when were back Im hoping its only one week guys but judging from me losing 85% of my business this week Im not entirely sure. Im in shock at the moment I really am.

This pattern will follow until the end of Term. Please note: ... - Thursday classes will run for 45minutes not an hour - Classes will be $12 - We have a limited number of toning sticks so it is first in best dressed. 10.01.2022 Ten years ago today I became a Zumba instructor. That one 8 hour training changed my life in ways I could never have imagined. I went on to do another 16 trainings then eventually start my own company AllAbilitiesDanz Im very proud that my Zumba platform gave me a voice to be able to do fundraising I have run or been a part of at least 25 different fundraisers and raised an incredible amount of money for people and charitys in need. if it wasnt for Zumba none of this wou...ldve ever happened The people that I have met through this job have just changed my life in so many ways I could never of imagined that my Little business would get to what it did before Covid 19 hit. I am a girl who left school when she was 14 and have figured out a way to start and run my own business that predominantly helps people. Im very proud of that. Its not been easy I struggle everyday but I always figure out a way even if its the long way. I still credit my mentor Maria Teresa Stone B. for showing me the way and inspiring me to grow. My goal was always to get 5 years out of my business Zumba with Tracy but to my surprise Ive doubled that with 10 years. (How Awesome) It will be interesting to see where my little business takes me after covid 19, Not sure if itll ever be the same but time will tell. 08.01.2022 UPDATE: St Marys Classes Just a quick note to say in light off all the restrictions placed upon us as a fitness / dance business we have made the decision to hold off coming back to our night time St Marys classes until September. Winter is a tough time and coupled with the STRICT cleaning and number restrictions it will make the running of the classes very difficult. We are hoping by September this will all be lifted. Those of you who have passes rest assured we will honou...r those passes for the rest of 2020. Then in 2021 we will reset them and start again. 01.01.2022 Sooooooo tomorrow is our first face to face class back and Ive been counting down the days. Zumba at the rsl at 11.00am Sooooooo of course Murphys law I had a small accident Saturday night (no I wasnt drunk) lol I picked up a beautiful 2 year old and turned wrong in heels and completely threw my back out. Im talking bed flat on my back for two days unable to walk. Drudged up to the eyeballs. CT scans ... The irony is not lost on me having been that I have sat at home for three and a half months and my very first week back I cant barely walk arrrrrrrrr I am so super mad at my body Im so super frustrated at my body but thankfully I have amazing staff who were only too happy to step in. THANK GOD So Ill have the beautiful Amanda Shepherd who will be teaching our first face-to-face class back, also her first in 3 1/2 months and Im so goddamn jealous. Please come and support the RSL Club, Zumba and our Amanda tomorrow and PLEASE please pleaeeeeees think of me. It kills me I cant dance tomorrow with you all. (you have no idea how much) I have my fingers and toes crossed that Ill be back next week with my dancing shoes on
