13.01.2022 I was fortunate to spend International Women's Day at a celebratory lunch with a wonderful woman and author I very much admire, Erin Cormacin. Today over a delicious lunch and bottle of champagne, Erin and I celebrated the publication of her first book, a biography on Mr Jim Bull, known as The Potato King of New Zealand. I worked with Erin as her author coach, and helped her shape Jim's story and bring it to life. It was an honour to support Erin through her journey of writing this book - no small potatoes as the book had many facets and Mr Bull was an interesting and complicated man. I thoroughly enjoyed working as the editor of the manuscript as well. Congratulations Erin and well done on seeing your massive project through to completion!
