25.01.2022 Celebrating Children’s Week recently at Mt Evelyn Community House :) Children of all ages helped me tell the story of the Very Hungry Caterpillar as he munched his way through all of the foods... burp!! We made Hungry Caterpillar hats and had a great time singing, drumming and watching the caterpillar eggs 'pop' on the rainbow parachute! It was nice to be able to tell the boys and girls that this was where I started writing and where the office lady, Mrs Baker, used to type up my stories on the type writer... although some of them didn't seem to know what a type writer was!!!
