23.01.2022 They have been talking about it for a while, and finally here it is. Stamp duty fees are temporarily axed in NSW for first home buyers of new homes up to $800K or vacant land up to $400K where contracts are signed between 1 August 2020 and 31 July 2021. Concessions also apply for new homes up to $1m or vacant land up to $500K. 21.01.2022 Landlords providing rent relief for eligible tenants in financial distress due to COVID-19 can now apply for land tax concessions online. Contracts must be signed between 4 June 2020 and 31 December 2020, and construction must commence within 3 months of contract signing. ...
