09.01.2022 Its amazing how proper cleaning can brighten someones day/life. Didnt get everything done we wanted to, but over time, we will sort it out. Thanks Christian for being so amazing!

09.01.2022 I have been asked alot why we are not cleaning homes during the pandemic. Here are some reasons: 1) even though we all feel well at this moment, you or i could have picked up the virus the day before and not known it and maybe not know for 21 or more days. By then, weve entered over 40 homes.... 2) Alot of disinfectants/anticeptic germ killing supplies are not available, as currently sold out vinegar is not an antibacterial and does not kill germs 3) supplies of disposable proper masks and gloves are not available unless getting from overseas..and even then theres a 4 month wait. Yet dept of health has stated we need these items to do the work properly. ( i agree, but cannot get the correct supplies) 4) the dept of health has asked that we dont do areas of the home where bodily fluids have been...ie toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, kitchens so pretty much where clients need cleaning the most...we are beinv asked not do as those areas are considered high risk.. We want to keep you safe and us safe too. Without the proper gear and supplies this is a big big challenge. When there is a safe and clear lift of self isolating by the gov. we will be more then happy to come and properly clean your properties.. If our reg clients opt to hire someone in the interm...please make sure they are properly suited, masks gloves, etc.. So ask what products (chemicals) they are using..(if it doesnt have antiseptic or germ killer of some sort..no point...vinegar does not kill germs... how many homes do they clean per day/week? ( the more homes, the more risk) How often do they clean thier vaccumes? Disposable bags? Or bagless. Do they change thier clothes before entry into each home ( the virus sits on clothing untill washed) Do they wipe down everything or actually clean everything...there is a difference. Do they use disposable rags/clothes or other? If they do not use masks and gloves dont let them in. These questions and precautions can save your life and those around you. 06.01.2022 Due to the Covid 19 and for the saftey of all our clients, we have postponed all cleaning until we are all safe again from this virus. As cleaners, we do our very best to clean germs out of ppls homes. However even the best cleaning practises cannot guarentee no contagions... We will resume once everyone is safe. ... Thank you for your understanding.

05.01.2022 We dont post much but we feel you should know... If you are cleaning up after your cleaners have been, then they havent done a proper job. Having over 35 regular clients, I can tell you, noone needs weekly cleaning, if the cleaning is done properly each fortnight, triweek or monthly. This past week I picked up 2 new clients whom previously had "weekly cleaners for the past year". Unfortunalty 1 client is sight challenged and the last cleaners they had....never even cleaned ...the tub ever, nor scum off bottom of shower....the client was clearly taken advantage of because they could not see...how bad is that? My team came in, did a proper clean. The second client also had weekly cleaners and again nothing was ever dusted??? Both these clients, oddly had the same company.... I hear these kinds of stories every time we quote a job. It breaks my heart to see others being taken advantage of by "so called" cleaners. I charge a fair flat rate based on tradie awards and what the client needs and wants and we always do a proper clean. Weve had most of our current clients for over 5 years now. We have done many bond cleans, with no call backs, we have done many one offs, ( spring) that became regular clients. To be a good proper cleaner, you must care about the clients and the clients needs. You must care about their home. We care.

05.01.2022 Please, if you have flu like symptoms or cold like symptoms...please postpone your cleaning until you are well again. Although we clean germs everyday, covid 19 is one germ we cannot fight off alone. Its an airborne virus. So if youve been coughing, cleaning your home becomes dangerous to everyone....
