23.01.2022 HCC will be holding our annual AGM this Saturday, 12 noon at the Lawson hotel. Preparation for the upcoming season will begin then so if you would like to join our committee or if you have any questions about the upcoming 2020/21 season please feel free to attend. 23.01.2022 Early knock off for the under 13s this morning!! Well in lads! The bowling was led by Declan Thomas (2 for 0 off 1) and Isaiah Cook (2 for 1 off 1). The batting was started strongly by Henry Laurie (32 off 41) and then finished by Josh Klein (18 off 35). Both our senior teams are in action today with Hazo 5ths playing Glenbrook-Blaxkand at Sales Park and Hazo 3rds playing St Mary’s Leagues at Lomatia Park. Good luck fellas

22.01.2022 The under 13s had another convincing win this morning! The boys batted first and made 149, led by Alton Freeman, who made his second consecutive 50 for the season!! The bowling effort was led by Toby Chaffey (2 for 4 from 2.2) Joshua Beitsch (2 for 0 off 2) and Alton Freeman (2 for 0 off 2). You know it’s a big win when you bowl more overs (24.2) than runs scored by the opposition 22!!

19.01.2022 Exciting news! Hazelbrook Cricket Club will be entering teams into the Nepean District Cricket Association in the upcoming 2020/21 season. Although this means some extra travel time, it is a small price to pay to ensure all our members will play competitive cricket week in week out. As for juniors we will be opening options up in the Penrith Junior Cricket Association. These age groups will be stage 2 (U13s) and stage 3 (u15s). Any members wanting to play cricket in the uppe...r mountains are recommended to still get in touch with us as we can sort something out for you. All registrations are to be done online through PlayCricket.com.au which is now active. We are currently in the middle of organising a junior blaster program on Wednesday nights at Gloria Park as well, with more details to follow about this program shortly. If anyone has further questions please feel free to get in contact with the club. Go Hazo!

09.01.2022 Cricket is going ahead tomorrow. It is important that all juniors turn up to Gloria Park at 8:00am tomorrow unless you hear otherwise from your coach. Seniors are expected to stay in contact with their captain in regards to tomorrows games.

Alton Freeman led the way with the bat, scoring an impressive 38, before Joshua Beitsch absolutely destroyed Glenmore Park’s hopes of chasing down the boys score by taking a hat trick early on in the innings!
