You’ll need 1 tablespoon of oil 100g of diced, smoked streaky bacon... 12 cup of diced red onion 12 cup of diced red capsicum 3 cups of corn, tinned & drained 50g of cream cheese 14 cup of milk 1 tablespoon of sliced spring onion 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley Salt and pepper to taste Popcorn Chicken OR diced Tenders Here’s how Cook bacon until nice and crispy mmmm bacon. Cook onion and capsicum until translucent Mix in corn until heated Mix in cream cheese and milk until most of the liquid has evaporated Mix through spring onion and parsley (lotta mixing in this recipe, hey) Season with salt and pepper Top with Popcorn Chicken and serve with your fave sides (pro tip: P&G goes down a treat) *chefs kiss* and take a pic. KFC Supercharged Sauce Pizza base (you can make yours from scratch if you want, but there’s zero judgment if you’re feelin’ lazy) Pizza sauce Finely sliced red onion Finely sliced capsicum Mozzarella cheese Fresh herbs Here’s how Preheat the oven to 200C fan forced This is the fun part build your pizza by topping the base with pizza sauce, onion, capsicum, Popcorn Chicken, cheese and herbs (feel free to go nuts and sub in your own ingredients here if you want) Cook until cheese is melted and gloriously golden (should take around 10 mins) Drizzle the Supercharged Sauce on top and drool Take a pic so you can show off to all your lame friends eating their boring, regular pizza, and tag us @kfcaustralia
