24.01.2022 Low Bar Squat When performing a low bar squat, make sure you warm up first and work on your shoulder mobility. Place the bar on your rear delts (as opposed to being on your traps with high bar squats), place your hands as close as shoulder mobility allows and push your elbows back. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, toes facing slightly outwards. Drive your knees out and keep your chest up ... WANNA GET STRONG? Come train with me

15.01.2022 How to Perform a Barbell Hip Thrust 1. Back hinges on the bench at the line just beneath your scapular (make sure your not sliding up and down the bench) 2. Medium to wide stance, with your feet pointed straight ahead or slightly flared.... 3. The bar rest just above your pubic bone and stays there's throughout the movement. 4. Get tight and take deep breath before initiating the concentric (lift) action. Push through your heels and avoid rising into your toes. 5. Focus on using your glutes to push the hips upwards. Reach full hip extension. Squeeze Glutes. 6. Use a smooth tempo and avoid flinging the weight upwards. 7. Hold the top position for 3-10 seconds Happy Booty Building
