25.01.2022 Racing continues tomorrow morning from the Mareeba Tennis Club.

16.01.2022 Hi all, just letting you know that we'll be re-opening on the 30th of May via bookings only. Please reserve a time slot you wish you come, and we can only allow a max of 10 people at a time at our hire kart venue. We will be disinfecting every single go kart and helmet that will be in use. If you'd like to use your own helmet, please make sure it's a motorcylce helmet, in good condition, and has a valid Australia Standards sticker. As you can understand, COVID has hit us very hard and we've had to make some changes in our business. At this stage will only be opening Saturday and Sunday until further notice.

12.01.2022 For the first time in 10 years, we had the Cairns Cycling Club host the MiHaven Mareeba Tour at Makotrac on Saturday. Riders from all ages (several travelling from Townsville), raced it out on the international racetrack; which is better known for Motorsport activities on two or four wheels. There were a few thrills and spills whilst the rain was coming down, but despite the weather, the feedback was extremely positive. It should be noted that this event is a great pre-tour for the successful Tour of the Tropics, which was held last August in Yungaburra and Lake Eacham. These events are fantastic as they inject some much needed funds into the local community.

12.01.2022 We are excited to announce that the Cairns Cycling Club is hosting their first Mi Haven Mareeba Tour at Makotrac tomorrow, the 1st of August. This will be conducted on the international track and won’t affect bookings on the smaller hire kart track. Racing will start from 9am onwards. More details are below.... Please observe current QLD COVID social distancing measures.

02.01.2022 Dear valued customers, in Queensland we are still operating under strict COVID-19 restrictions. Even though the restrictions have been eased from July 3rd, 2020, we are still under certain business restrictions. Whilst we are able to have more people at our venue, we are still ONLY taking BOOKINGS via our website. Once all sessions are filled we cannot take on any more. Walk-in customers will not be served; you must book beforehand to avoid disappointment. The reason why we a...re doing this is to maintain the hygiene of our go-karts, facilities, and the safety of our customers and our staff. This is a challenging time for us to navigate and we will not tolerate any abuse from customers. Please book ahead! Should you have any COVID-19 symptoms, we ask that you cancel your booking, isolate and adhere to medical advice. We appreciate your cooperation during this time, please stay safe and we look forward to seeing you.
