Try this mindful Dance to the Music game at home with the little ones: What would this song and sounds look like if they were a dance? Encourage your little ones to dance and show you if the music you're playing makes them want to move fast or slow, is it calming or energizing? Does it make them feel joyful or a bit scared? . A great family activity to enhance gross motor skills and creativity as they create shapes with their bodies to the sound of music!

Here's our #NUBOTip - Instead of seeing your daily tasks as things that need to get done once the kids are in bed or in daycare, try to see them as opportunities to spend time with your child, and introduce practical life skills in a playful way! For example, when doing the laundry, let the little ones sort all the socks and find their matching pair!

"Family life honestly gets better with time...yes sure, the daily grind is always there and the struggles change with each month that goes by (an...d each child that joins the clan). But the lessons and eye openers grow you so much as an individual. The confidence you receive from keeping your kids not only alive but also THRIVING is the biggest boost to your self esteem. . What do I wish I could tell my pre-kids self? That it's hard....but also, the best really is yet to come.
