24.01.2022 In 2019 we want to keep making changes to live a more sustainable life Here are a few small changes we have already made to reduce our waste and use of plastics! Reusable coffee cup, water bottle and produce bags, bamboo makeup brushes, metal straws, a big canvas bag for groceries, beeswax food wraps and handmade cotton makeup wipes. All these products help reduce our waste and some are even made from waste! What changes have you made or are going to make this year? Together we can make a difference

22.01.2022 Here at Plume we try to balance looks and functionality in all our garments. For the Camille Blouse I wanted the look of a long, very fitted, button up cuff but without the hassle of doing up 10 or so buttons Shirring came to the rescue! This is the process of sewing rows of elastic thread, hidden on the inside to create a fitted but stretchy cuff. The end result was exactly the look I wanted, but with so much more ease of wear! 05.01.2022 The first time I tired on these Minnie Pants I felt like a firefighter! We named them after Australia's first female fire captain, Minnie Webb for that reason. There's a few extra special details on the back; an adjustable waist cinch with an extended and notched waistband.
