23.01.2022 One of the best things to happen this year is the commencement of our Interns program. It has been a highlight to get to know these guys more and to see how God is using each of their stories to bring blessing to others. We have loved seeing God at work in their lives and we look forward to working with them all in 2021

22.01.2022 There’s still time to donate before the end of the financial year. One day to go!!! https://digitaldoorknock.salvationarmy.org.au/t/rockingham-

17.01.2022 Drop by to Rosie’s Soapbox Cafe this week and every coffee sold raises money for YouthCARE Chaplains in Rockingham Schools.

17.01.2022 Did you know we run an amazing program called Celebrate Recovery? We all have things we struggle with or hurts that affect not only us, but also our loved ones around us. Celebrate Recovery is a place to give yourself time to look over your life, to see the good and the difficult of your story and allow God to bring healing and change where needed. We say it’s the best place to be on a Friday Night - so come on your ‘road to your recovery’ and find people who will celebrate with you and support you. Launching for 2021 this Friday night - 12th of Feb, at The Salvation Army, Rockingham, starting at 6:30pm (usually we will meet at 5:30pm to share a meal together, but due to COVID we will not eat together this week).

16.01.2022 We are really short of volunteers to help with repurposing donated furniture for our shop. If you are handy and creative and are looking for something to do dur...ing the week, we’d love to have you come and help out with our friendly team. Some of the tasks you will undertake are: sanding, painting, varnishing, assembling furniture etc. We need help most days. Even if you can only commit a few hours per week, that would be a massive help. Please call 9558 9350 between 9am & 4pm Mon-Fri or PM us to find out more

16.01.2022 Tonight Worship + Prayer for our City All Welcome

10.01.2022 We understand this last week has been difficult for many; we also understand that for many of our family and friends around Australia this has been affecting them for a lot longer. Send a message or make a phone call to a loved one to see how they are. Keep in touch and keep supporting one another.

10.01.2022 Our very own Melissa Beermier featuring on the flyers at Rosie’s Soapbox Cafe - where every coffee sold this week raises money for Mel and her other chaplains in the Rockingham area. Chaplains have been such a strength to families this year - and schools are wanting to increase their hours. Help YouthCARE help get more hours for chaplains.

07.01.2022 It was great to have Premier Mark McGowan visit our centre today, to meet our amazing team of workers and people from our community. We are very thankful for him taking the time to drop in.

07.01.2022 It is with sadness we share that our dear friend and sister in Christ, Jodi Spencer, passed away on Monday January 11th. While we will all miss her so much, we know that she is no longer in pain or discomfort and that she is now at peace with her Heavenly Father. We are so thankful that God brought Jodi to our church community - we have all been greatly blessed by her life, her generous love and her kind heart. We are invited to honour and celebrate Jodi's life with her family on Thursday 21 January at 10:30, at Purslowe and Chipper Funerals in Fremantle (254 Hampton Road, South Fremantle). If anyone would like a lift to be able to attend, please message us or let us know.

05.01.2022 We want to say a very BIG thank you to all our wonderful volunteers and to everyone who donated financially or with Christmas toys and food - who helped make over 250 families Christmas a little brighter
