11.01.2022 With a heavy heart and only due to these testing times we have made the decision to postpone the Men’s Yoga classes until all lockdowns and restrictions are lifted. We will keep you posted of the new dates. If in the mean time you have self isolated and need to exercise or cleanse you mind body and spirit, please follow Selah yoga, Barraba, Bingara & Manilla.
