25.01.2022 Our new web page went live yesterday, its just the basics at the moment and will be built on over time, let me know what you think www.espressomedic.com.au

22.01.2022 Say hello to the new Espresso Medic curtesy machine. I can set this up while I service your one so the coffee can keep flowing. Fitted with an aftermarket shot time too If you like the timer ask me if your machine can have them fitted ... https://www.instagram.com/p/B4mm0huB6Ka/

22.01.2022 Bench Testing - A core part of any new machine install Before installing a new machine it gets opened up and tested in my workshop, this Sab Jolly will find its first home this week, but first it gets opened up, all components get checked, it gets a plug wired on, the steam taps get greased, the element gets amp tested, functions are tested and all fittings and pipes get checked for leaks. This one passed with flying colours ... I have a range of great machines for all budgets and needs, so dont hesitate to ask

21.01.2022 One of the joys of my job is being able to play with some beautiful machines and this Synesso Hydra MVP is one of them, and it tasted great

20.01.2022 Great to see customers looking after their core piece of equipment in between my preventative maintenance visits. Its all part of giving your customers the best possible experience and displaying your coffee in its best light. A clean machine = Tasty Espresso

20.01.2022 One of my favorite machine, grinder auto tamp setup at the moment A La Cimbali M34 with thermal mixing drive, fantastic machine, super reliable and heaps of steam pressure and also a true High group to fit those big cups under A Mythos 1 dosing grinder, a great grinder with a very consistent drop each time (the amount of coffee being ground each time you use it) Only down side is it will require a bit of cleaning, but well maintained they are great... And rounding it off with a PuqPress, this has to be one of the best bits of labour saving equipment out there, it will also increase your consistency and help reduce the chance of your baristas getting RSI from using a traditional tamp Drop me a line if your interested in any of these machines or any other ones too, I love talking coffee

19.01.2022 Some #Espresso101 tips on my latest Instagram post A little something to think about what you put on top of your machines, check out the post for the full story https://www.instagram.com/theespressomedic/

17.01.2022 Stunning design trumped the disappointment of not having the right seals to service this fine piece of engineering. Custom parts order is away to Italy and with some luck we will have this machine pulling shots from both groups in no time. Until then the left hand group is still a goer.

05.01.2022 The term "Service" gets banded around a bit when it comes to coffee machines. There are a few different takes on it, but my one is that you look over the machine carefully, check all functions are working, look for any signs of wear that could cause a problem in the coming months, look over the grinder and filtration system and fix anything that needs fixing. Its not a 5 min pop in, change the group seals and out the door.... Its called preventative maintenance and the goal is to fix things before they result in a breakdown and no cash coming in for the business, not to mention a breakdown callout. Heres an Instagram post where two business stopping faults got spotted during my normal inspection process on a Wega Polaris https://instagram.com/p/B0TDHvWhXEF/

04.01.2022 Dont let these little guys mess things up https://www.instagram.com/p/B-Vh9zPBUW3/?igshid=js07qsnpip3
